The pictures actually don't do this place justice at all, the house is modern and top end all around with unbelievable views. 6 of the rooms have ocean views and the sunset is absolutely amazing from all the rooms and the main area. Antonio is one of the nicest men I've met and constantly helped to make our stay easy and enjoyable. I've stayed in Pedregal a half dozen times and this was the best house I've had yet.
I rented the Villa for me and 9 of my best girlfriends to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was amazing. The villa looks exactly like the pictures on the website. It did not disappoint. We had a welcome reception and my birthday dinner prepared by chefs. The food was the best, better than the restaurants in town! The concierge was so helpful with any request. We actually had a power outage the day we arrived. But the villa manager was on the scene right away and kept us informed the entire time. We went overnight without power, but it was back on the next day and we still had a great time. All of my friends thought it was an amazing trip. I didn't receive a single complaint.
Villa Esperanza is a beautifully appointed villa with a magnificent view of the Pacific ocean below. The main rooms are spacious and comfortable and each bedroom with king bed feels like the master suite. No one couple feels they get short-changed in a smaller room. The bathrooms are large and roomy but would be perfect if they offered hair dryers (a standard appliance almost everywhere now). The infinity pool is so inviting and refreshing, especially after a day of exploring the towns. One also feels extremely safe in this gated community. We were greeted by adrian from "A Matter of Taste", a local catering company. He mixed us a delicious welcome beverage and assisted us by putting away all the groceries we had stopped for prior to our villa arrival. We enjoyed adrian so much that we had him and a chef from a Matter of Taste come to our villa to prepare dinner for the eight of us. It was delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend pampering yourself with a catered dinner. Our family are all cooks so the one disappointment was the equipment in the magnificent kitchen. For people like us the kitchen was simply a temptation to create some delectable repast. I could not even find measuring spoons and only one plastic measuring cup. Perhaps the owners of Villa Esperanza would consider expanding the kitchen tools, utensils, pottery plates, pots and pans for those like us who cannot keep their fingers out of the kitchen. The overall experience was fabulous. I would definitely return and recommend this lovely home to friends traveling to Cabo San Lucas.
